A Timepiece for Technophiles

It would be fair to say that I love technology more than the next man. I can't help it, it is in my blood. While my wife would not approve of a clock like Debby Arem Designs circuit board clock going in our living room, it most certainly has a place in our office. If it doesn't sell before next month is out, I might actually buy it. This thing is a work of art, and while we have seen circuit board and even computer part clocks before, this one seems a little more stylish; though not less geeky. It is the detailing more than the circuit board that really sets it apart: the wavy hands, copper and brass accents, the etched CD that forms the center of the piece; it all comes together very well as a cohesive unit. This doesn't look like the clock someone decided to make because they had a few spare parts lying around; it looks like the clock that they found spare parts to make. I love it and it looks to be well worth the $120 price tag. It is a big wall clock at 10" by 10", so you are sure to get your money's worth. Source: Debby Arem Designs @ Etsy TopicsDell
